：大专学历的不超过25岁（1986年7月1日后出生），本科学历的不超过28岁（1983年7月1日后出生），硕士研究生学历的不超过30岁（1981年7月1日后出生），博士研究生学历的不超过35岁（1976年7月1日后出生）。大学生村官和“三支一扶”的毕业生年龄可放宽3岁。
三、报名程序
（一）发布信息。南阳市农信办通过河南省农村信用社联合社网站（）、《南阳日报》面向社会发布招聘启事。

（二）报名时间。2011年11月4日至2011年11月6日（上午8：30--11：30；下午14：00—17：30）。
（三）报名地点：南阳理工学院（地址：南阳市长江路80号）。
（四）报名方式。采取现场报名的方式。以所应聘县联社为填报志愿单位，由应聘者本人到报名地点现场报名、现场确认。报名时须出具的资料有：本人身份证、学历证书原件及复印件一式二份、近期全身同底版6寸生活照2张及同底版1寸免冠彩照6张，到指定报名地点提交报名表（见附件1）报名。
报考人员须对个人填报信息的真实性负责，且只能报考1个单位，多头报名者取消应聘资格。经审查符合报考条件的人员，现场签具承诺书（见附件2），交纳考务费80元。
（五）领取准考证。2011年11月10日至11月11日（上午8：30—11：30；下午14：00—17：30）凭考生本人身份证、考务费收取凭证到原报考地点领取准考证，同时进行图像采集。逾期未领取准考证者，视同放弃参加考试，责任由应聘者自负。
（六）笔试。对符合条件和要求的报考者由南阳市农信办统一组织笔试。笔试科目为《综合基础
