浅谈生态水利工程设计中存在的问题及其应对措施
摘要:水利工程是我国经济发展的支柱行业,而生态水利工程则着重强调生态这一服务目标,也即是相对于传统水利工程更注重对水生态的修复与保护。较之于传统水利工程,生态水利工程满足了当今生态系统可持续发展的要求,另外也将传统水利工程与现代生态学进行了完美的有机结合。本文对生态水利工程中可能遇到的问题作了一些探讨,并给出了相应的策略,从而满足现代人的用水需求以及真正做到与大自然和谐相处。

Abstract: water conservancy project is the pillar industry of China's economic development, and ecological water conservancy project emphasizes the service goal of ecology, which pared with the traditional water conservancy project pays more attention to the protection and restoration of water ecosystem. Compared with the traditional water conservancy project, the ecological water conservancy project to meet the ecological requirements of sustainable development, but also the traditional water conservancy engineering and modern ecology is a bination. This paper discusses some possible on the ecological water conservancy engineering problems, and gives corresponding strategies, in order to meet the water demand of modern people and truly live in harmony with nature.

1 生态水利工程与和水利工程的差异
水利工程的定义可通俗解释为人类通过一定的工程措施对水资源进行再分配和利用。水利工程一开始最主要的目的是为了防洪、为人类为庄稼提供稳定的水源等,这体现了水利工程社会性以及经济性的一面。相较于传统的水利工程,生态水利工程则着重强调生态这一服务目标。对于生态水利工程的定义,有的学者认为是:对新建工程而言,是指在传统水利工程建设时,同时考虑到河流的生态修复;而对已建工程来讲,则是修复被严重破坏侵蚀的河流。笔者认为,作为现代水利标志的生态水利工程主要包括以下两个方面的内容
