2）利用INTERNET查询并了解目前我国各行业会计信息化的应用情况，查询并分析各类用户对财务软件的普遍要求及存在的主要问题。
二、财务软件的安装方法
以“用友通”软件为例，学习财务软件的一般安装方法与环境配置方法。
掌握操作系统的安装方法与计算机硬件配置的检测，网络设置方法（主要是共享设置）。
利用INTERNET查找SQL SERVER 2000（个人版），并下载与安装。
启动“用友通”的光盘，先进行计算机环境检测，再实行安装。
三、财务软件系统管理操作
1）建立账套
输入参数包括账套名称、代码，企业类型及相关信息，启用日期，会计科目、部门、结算方式编码级次，客户、存货、供应商分类级次，数据精度等。
需要注意的是：

1、如需自定义参数级次就须将“按行业性质预置科目”前的钩取消（如下图1所示），否则将无法改动下图2圈中级次的数值。

2、账套启用后须在跳出的“系统启用”版面下“GL总账”前打钩（如下图3所示），并选择会计核算期间，否则以后在用友通下将无法打开总账系统模块。
