呼和浩特市高校毕业生就业见习工作实施方案
为帮助尚未就业的高校毕业生提升就业能力，促进高校毕业生和用人单位供需见面，推动高校毕业生最大限度就业，也为各类用人单位培养具有创新能力的应用型人才，根据?内蒙古自治区人民政府办公厅关于进一步加强普通高等学校毕业生就业工作的通知?〔内政办发〔2022〕31号〕和?呼和浩特市人民政府关于促进普通高校毕业生就业工作的指导意见〕?〔呼政发〔2022〕49号〕要求，制定本实施方案。
一、指导思想
坚持把高校毕业生就业摆在当前就业工作地首位，充分发挥政府有关部门、社会各方面力量，以我市各类大中型企事业单位为依托，建立高校毕业生就业见习基地，采用“专业对口、订单见习、政府资助〞的方式，有组织有方案地组织未就业的高校毕业生进入企事业单位进行一定期限的岗位训练和实践活动，促进高校毕业生积累工作经验，提高职业技能和就业能力，增强市场就业竞争力，尽快实现就业。
二、就业见习对象与2022年工作方案
派遣期内未就业的呼和浩特地区生源、全日制普通高等院校毕业生。2022年，全市方案建立10个以上高校毕业生就业见习基地，组织1000名高校毕业生参加就业见习。
三、就业见习效劳机构与职责
为保证毕业生就业见习各项工作顺利实施，市和旗县区要分别成立由人事、劳动和社会保障、财政、经委、工商局、工商联和共青团等部门
