By analysis and argumentation, we suggested that this project is feasible from technical, in the person of the following, such as, target definitude, wide market foreground, scientific and reasonable technology scheme, and advanced and applicable facilities. Capacity of payoff and resist on risk is by force, and bearing high economy benefit. So, it is doable absolutely from financial affairs, and at the same time, this project contributes to accelerating development of farming and herding.

第一章 厂址选择及总平面设计
厂址选择
本厂厂址选择在济南天桥区太平庄。主要依据有以下几点：

食品工厂的厂址应设在当地的规划区或开发区内，以适应当地远近期规划的统一布局，尽量不占或少占良田，做到节约用地，所需土地可按基建要求分期分批征用。

，并有利于加强工厂对原料基地生产的指导和联系，便于组织辅助材料和包装材料，有利于产品的销售，同时还可以减少运输费用。
，特别是主厂房及仓库的标高高出当地历史最高洪水位。厂区自然排水坡度最好在～之间。
，要有可靠的地质条件，应避免将工厂设在流沙、淤泥、土崩断裂层上。厂址有一定的地耐力。建筑冷库的地方，地下水位不能过高。
