  从以上统计可以看出，关于购票环节，地铁站做得非常令人满意。进地铁站以及出地铁站过程，相当一局部乘客都反映了刷卡失败的问题，本小组成员向地铁站工作人员了解到，刷卡失败确有一局部原因是机器的问题，但更多局部是乘客不了解需要在黄线外刷卡的原那么，因为站得太靠近轧门会影响机器的感应功能。还有局部旅客是在刷卡后轧门翻开后没有快速通过而导致再次刷卡时无效。所以我们的建议是一方面倡导乘客养成在黄线外刷卡，刷卡后立即通过的习惯，一方面希望地铁站对一些感应出现问题的机器做一些必要的技术改良。
