建设目标及思路
（一）建设目标
人力资源专业实训实验室的建设不仅能够解决当前人力资源学科教学中的一系列问题，满足当前人才培养的要求，建设独具特色的实验室；而且可以适应社会发展变化，满足未来的需求；同时经过合理利用，不仅服务学校教学科研工作，还可以为企业人才培训提供支持，为企业管理咨询提供对口服务。实验室建设的最终目标是建立科学合理的，既能满足学校人力资源管理的实验教学，又能满足对企业人员进行在职培训，并提供技术交流和经验分享支持，服务于企业人才培养和经济管理咨询。
人力资源专业实训实验室在学校教学育人方面的具体目标如下：
（1）实践教学和理论教学统筹、协调规划，能力培养和知识传授并重。
（2）建设完整、开放、先进的综合实践教学体系以满足现代实验教学需要。
（3）实训、实验、实践和创新等四位一体教学完整集成于同一平台。
