 通过对地方、行业经济发展和社会发展需要，通过对用工信息的收集整理，通过劳动信息网点的建立及用工单位对本专业学生的信息反馈，电气自动化专业仍为目前急需的热门专业，人才需求量很大，且呈逐年增长的趋势。随着现代化工业的快速发展，电气自动化专业更显得尤为重要，企业中原始的、简单的数控设备已在逐步淘汰，取为代之的的是设备先进、技术精良的新型的现代化加工企业，而适应现代化工业发展的需要，就需要培养和造就一大批既有适应时代特点的具有专业理论知识，又具有专业操作技能的复合型、实用型、现代型的电
