监委会：监委会由中国民族管弦乐学会领导组成，负责监察本次活动的举办过程。
组委会：组委会由主办方领导及相关人员组成，负责审定活动方案，确认、发布评选结果并组织颁奖活动。组委会下设办公室，负责活动的具体工作。
评委会：邀请著名唢呐艺术家和音乐家组成评委会，承担本届全国唢呐邀请赛的评审工作。评委会将按照认真负责、公平、公正、公开的原则进行评审。
