of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of t局的统一部署，我药店经讨论与研究，决定于2014年3月申报GSP认证的工作目标，具体实施工作分3个阶段组织进行实施GSP。
1、2014年1月10日——1月31日是我药店实施GSP组织发动及整体设计阶段。
组织药店职工学习关于零售药店实施GSP认证的有关文件精神，使大家深刻地认识到GSP认证的重要性。通过组织发动工作，统一职工思想，提高认识，坚定实施GSP认证的决心。为实施GSP认证工作，打下了思想基础。然后经理组织自查，找出药店质量管理各主要环节存在的缺陷和工作差距。明确和抓住认证工作的重点，制定实施GSP工作计划，为有条不紊开展GSP工作奠定了基础。
2、2014年2月1日——2月28日为全面实施阶段。
按照实施认证计划的要求，我们从软、硬件两方面着手，严格按照GSP标准，全面实施GSP工作。具体主要抓好以下方面的工作：
（1）做好质量管理文件的编制、修改、完善、审定工作；

（2）做好职工的GSP质量管理知识的培训工作，让职工熟练掌握本岗位的质量职责和操作规范；
（3）整理、填写药品购进、验收、陈列、储存、养护、销售及服务各主要环节的记录文件；经理组织人员首先对照《GSP认证现场检查项目》进行综合检查，对检查出的问题进行整理，研究制定整改方案与工作计划。
（4）营业厅设置阴凉区，符合阴凉保存药品的要求。
（5）升级微机进、销、存系统，基本达到了新版GSP要求。
