三、活动相关信息
活动时间：2014年11品，11月3日-11月9日（11月3-5日各学院收集物品，6-7日各学院整理物品，8-9日上午8:00-下午18:00各学院学生会负责本院物品收集整理以及出售）
活动地点：校本部广场
活动对象：全体在校生
主办方： 校学生会
协办方： 院学生会
销售物品：书籍、学习用品、生活用品、手工艺品等二手物品
四、活动前提条件
1、获得学院准许。
2、由学院团委和指导老师组织、指导，由校学生会主办，院学生会协办，各学院学生会和学生个人参与活动。
五、活动前期准备
1、活动开始前校负责人与各学院学生会负责人商议活动具体明细并公布场地规划图：
2、院会负责人结合实际确定所需人员、帐篷、桌椅。
3、宣传：与广播站协调做好本次活动宣传，在公告栏等处张贴宣传海报和横幅。并通过QQ群、贴吧、论坛等方式对此活动进行宣传，加大影响力。活动前备好宣传海报、横幅、桌椅、音响等所需物品。
4、布置：于活动前申请经费，购买横幅、海报、标价贴纸等活动所需物品，借好帐篷和桌椅。
