·第五项修炼是系统思考。组织本身就是一个非常精密的系统。细小的行动却常常息息相关，互相牵连。身为组织的一员，置身其中，就要看清整体是很不容易的。要学会“抽离”本人、本部门，要站得高高的，才能看得远远的。学会系统思考，才能看清全局，胸怀全局，才能干成大业：
