2基本情况


仙女山国家森林公园位于重庆市武隆县境内，乌江下游北岸,为武陵山系延伸部分与川东平行岭谷褶皱带的过渡区域，地理坐标在东经107°42′00〞—107°49′02〞，北纬29°26′04〞—29°34′02〞之间，东靠土地乡；南接土坎镇、仙女山镇；西邻双河乡；北与丰都县厢坝乡接壤。，包括武隆县国有仙女山林场候家坝、纸厂沟、磨子坝三个工区及仙女山镇，仙女、和顺两个行政村。

仙女山国家森林公园地处武陵山系，位于四川盆地东南部和南部边缘山地，在全国地貌区划中属鄂、黔等中山与低山的一部分，故仙女山在地貌分区上划为中山和低山山区。山体由近于水平的石灰岩组成，构造裂隙发育，加之新构造运动的影响，岩溶水的垂直循环与水平循环交替作用，是重庆岩溶地貌发育良好的地区。在岩溶山原面上，均分布着密集的残丘、峰林，高达数十米至数百米，其间有洼地、落水洞等次一级岩溶地貌发育。岩溶槽谷和盆地多沿岩层走向展布，上万亩狭长盆地镶嵌其间，形成渝东南最大的中山草地。
仙女山均海拔1750m，最低海拔1610m，最高海拔1927m，相对高度为50－200m，平均坡度为20度，境内为岩层断烈构成的高台地，台地上
