Strengthening the honesty and self-discipline of leading cadres honesty in politics and education work, enhance leaders ability to resist 为全面完成教育系统2011年艾滋病防治工作目标，必须采取以下措施认真加以落实。 （一）建全组织，加强培训，完善档案建设。在县教育局“禁毒和预防艾滋病工作领导小组”的统一领导下，各学校要健全组织机构，制定切实可行的工作计划措施，组织实施并抓落实。健全县、乡、村、校教师骨干培训网络，并适时组织骨干教师培训，县确定的示范学校要创新活动内容。县乡校必须重视艾滋病防治工作的痕迹管理，健全完善档案建设的各项工作。 （二）各级各类学校都要因地制宜，多渠道多形式地对教师和学生开展防治艾滋病知识教育，在此基础上将其列入课表，小学五六年级学生每学年不少于4课时，初中不少于6课时，高中不少于4课时。在本年内由县教育局以防治艾滋病和无偿献血为考试内容统一试卷或问卷对教育系统干部职工和小学五年级以上学生进行抽查，确保抽查合格率分别达100％和95％以上。 （三）各级学校要充分利用家长会的有利时机，每年向家长宣讲艾滋病防治知识不少于２次，城区学校（园）以校为单位，乡镇以中心学校为单位将开展活动的计划、总结和相关资料报县教育局，随时保持上下信息畅通，增强教育活动指导工作的针对性。 （四）对已确定的艾滋病病人及其家庭积极开展帮扶救助，增强抗击艾滋信心。认真落实艾滋病遗孤适龄子女就学工作，在全县境内凡属已确定的艾滋致孤儿童少年义务教育阶段学生，一律免除书费、杂费、寄宿制生活补助费。 of accountability, redress of orders and prohibitions.
