Study of SF EXPRESS Logistics Management Information System
Abstract
With the development of Internet technology, computer technology and communication technology, has very important practical value to the application of information technology in enterprise logistics management. Based on the common management information system of SF EXPRESS company as the object, through the practice operation to the system of theories of learning and, focusing on the new generation system, CBS system, the new headquarters of prescription system, self-service inquiry system and no number check the system analysis and research, combined with the experience of using the internal staff and improvement suggestions a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the company common management information system which exists in the practical operation, and further understand the current express industry in the management information system of problems and deficiencies, and to the full range of perspectives on the problems put forward the improvement proposal and opinion, hope in the theory and practical applications I can improve the express company management efficiency and service level.

第一章 引 言

随着我国改革开放的不断深化和经济的迅猛开展，社会对物流的需求日益增长，对物流效劳水平的要求也不断提高。物流企业要在竞争中占据主动地位，获得稳定的开展，就必须提高人员素质，增强效劳意识，提高效劳质量，采用科学的管理方法和手段，顺应市场开展的需求。物流管理信息系统是现代信息技术和科学管理方法的载体，企业建立高效的适合自己的物流管理信息系统，并正确运用实施，能有效降低物流企业运作本钱，提高运作效率，提高企业客户效劳水平，增强企业竞争力。
目前许多国外的物流公司都已经成功地运用了互联网、EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)、GPS(Global Position system)、条码技术等物流信息技术，实现了企业物流管理的信息化。而我国的物流业不管是在企业的物流理念、效劳质量还是在对企业物流管理信息系统的设计和使用上都与兴旺国家有很大的差距。而信息化是物流的精髓，是物流企业得以健康开展的命脉，只有企业真正地实现了信息化，才可以在快速开展的经济社会立足。但是实现企业信息化，不只需要企业全体员工从理念上转变过来，还要在技术、设备以及管理上做出进一步的完善。
