用人单位普遍反映在通知面试过程中90后普遍存在迟到、爽约的现象,致使HR大量的重复劳动和面对公司用人部门主管的压力。职场顾问在对90后进行电话访问后,很多人承认在接到面试通知的一刻不知如何回答,到最后就造成面试都答应了,却无法妥善安排时间,有的发现地方不熟或路程较远,就直接放弃了。
