摘要
随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞跃发展,数控机床也得到了飞速的发展。集机械制造、计算机、现代控制、传感检测、信息处理、光机电技术于一体,是现代机械制造技术的基础。它的广泛应用,给机械制造业的生产方式及产品结构带来了深刻的变化。通过这次对机床的设计,使我了解了数控机床的工作原理和数控铣床的结构及其功能。
本次课题设计的是XK715D数控铣床的主轴箱,主轴箱是数控机床的最主要的关键部件,它的功用是实现刀具的旋转,主要承受铣削和钻削时径向和轴向力。机械部分主要包括传动机构和主轴回转结构、自动松夹刀结构、换挡变速机构、电机驱动、主轴转速检测主轴定位,导向和传动接口、齿轮润滑油路、刀具冷却。

Abstract
With puter technology and the rapid development work technology, CNC machine tools have also been rapid development.
