Abstract:
pany,as the product under the trend of large-scale construction of infrastructure industry,carries on the massive
construction demand from 3 operators at the beginning of its establishment. The large construction scale and short construc-
tion period brings huge delivery pressure to pany. The tower was founded with the original intention and purpose of
rapid and timely delivery,for satisfying the needs of operators for preliminary screening,integration requirements,dealing
with old usable site for binding integration,to save investment,timely delivery. Fully sharing of the site can save investment,
improve timely-delivery rate,but also decrease operators’rent,to reach win-win situation.
