全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐资费根本情况
5月17日集团公司总部召开新闻发布会,开展全网统一全球通资费套餐的发布和宣传,统一资费套餐分为上网餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐,全面推向中高端客户推广。根本情况如下:
一、全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐是分别为满足高流量上网、经常漫游和主要在本地通话的中高端客户需求而量身定制的套餐系列,客户可根据自己的需求选择适合的套餐,并可以优惠的价格享受短信包、彩信包、音乐包等专属数据业务优惠。以上套餐全网统一进行开办。
二、全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐内容

1、新入网当月规那么
选择全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐的新入网用户,入网当月按照实际使用天数收取套餐费并按天折算免费资源,次月开始正常执行客户所选根底套餐。
2、根底套餐规那么
〔1〕选择全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐的客户,变更为其他套餐次月生效;选择其他套餐的客户变更为全球通三款套餐次月生效;

3、可选包叠加规那么
〔1〕全球通套餐可选包供客户自行选择,只有选择全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐的客户可以选择专属数据包中任意可选包,选择可选包后,可选包费用在根底套餐外收取。可选包订购当月立即生效〔费用当月收取〕,取消次月生效。
〔2〕用户选择“全球通尊享包〞〔或“全球通凤凰资讯包〞〕但是要退订其中的某一项业务,可以单独退订该业务,但是仍按照“全球通尊享包〞6元/月〔或“全球通凤凰资讯包〞3元/月〕标准收取,假设客户退订该包所有业务,那么取消订购关系及费用收取。假设用户使用“全球通尊享包〞〔或“全球通凤凰资讯包〞〕,取消其中某项业务后又重新订购该项业务,那么不再另外收取费用,仍享受原可选包优惠。

〔1〕所有选择全球通上网套餐、商旅套餐、本地套餐的客户,自动开通来电显示和139邮箱5元版业务,同时享受每月账单自动发送至139邮箱的效劳;
〔2〕全球通VIP身份认证在套餐选取次月生效,转套餐或离网后次月终止;
〔3〕全球通统一资费的账务分摊由各省公司根据?关于进一步明确套餐型资费营销案收入列账原那么的通知?〔中移有限财[2023]108号〕要求进行拆分。
〔4〕其他资费按照标准资费执行。
〔5〕推广时间:有效期截至2013年4月30日。
