【摘要】目的研究大黄对大鼠脑创伤后脑水肿的影响,进一步探讨其对实验性创伤性脑水肿的防治作用和可能机制。方法 SD大鼠96只,随机分成3组,假手术组、模型组、大黄治疗组。每组分4个时间点:1、3、5、7 d,每个时间点各8只。除假手术组外,各组大鼠复制Feeney自由落体大鼠脑外伤模型。其中,治疗组大鼠造模后给予大黄500 mg/(kg·d)灌胃。各组大鼠分别在1、3、5、7 d处死,分别测量脑含水量;观察各组脑组织的超微结构以及应用s to investigate impact of rhubarb on traumatic brain edema and study its prevention and possible mechanism of experimental traumatic brain edema . Methods 96 male Sprague-Daly divided into three groups: normal contrast group, model group, and Rhubarb treatment group. There e points in each group:1, 3, 5 and 7 days e point. Rats odel in rats except normal contrast rats in treatment group g /kg·day) by gastric perfusion. At the time of 1,3,5,7 days,8 rats in each group icroscope and AQP4 protein expression easured a and relieved astrocyte end feet process sicroscope. The AQP4 protein expression in rats increased slightly on the 1st day after modeling and reached the loal contrast group. At early stage , Rhubarb could up-regulate AQP4 protein expression a dominated to have protective effect on brain edema. On the 5th,7th day, Rhubarb could inhibit AQP4 protein expression to alleviate cerebral edema after cytotoxic brain edema appeared. Conclusion Rhubarb could alleviate cerebral edema, and it could be realised by regulating AQP4 expression after traumatic brain injury.
