【摘要】目的考察不同厂家甘草配方颗粒中甘草苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色柱:Diamonsil C18 柱( ×
250mm,5 μ m);流动相:乙腈-1% 冰醋酸(20∶ 80,V/V);流速:;检测波长:320nm;柱温:30℃,进样量为 10 μ L。结果甘
草苷在 148~2960ng 范围内线性关系良好(r=),平均回收率为 %(RSD=,n=5)。不同厂家甘草配方颗粒中甘草苷的含
量为 ~。结论不同厂家产品中甘草苷的含量差异显著。

【Abstract】 Objective pare the liquirtin contents in the dispensing granule of Glycyrrhizae from different factories. Methods
An HPLC method was used with a column of Diamonsil C18( × 250mm,5 μ m),using acetonitrile-1%glacial acetic acid(20∶
80,V/V) as a mobile phase. The flow rate was , The wavelength was 320nm,The column temperature was 30℃ and
the injection value was 10 μ L. Results The linear range was 148~2960ng, r= average recovery was %,and
RSD was %,(n=5). The content of the liquirtin was from mg/g to mg/g. Conclusion The contents of the liquirtin
were obviously different in dispensing granule of glycyrrhizae from different factories.
