摘要:盾构机是集机械、电气、液压、测量、控制等多种学科技术于一体,专门用于地下隧道工程开挖的技术密集
型重大工程设备。盾构机是在盾体的保护下,在刀盘的旋转同时,通过推进油缸向前掘进,同时可以拼装管片,隧道一次
成型。在这个设备中,盾构机的刀盘具有至关重要的作用,本文通过对盾构机刀盘驱动方式的比较,得出变频器驱动有明
显的优势,介绍了盾构机刀盘变频器控制的设计思想,及设计参数,对盾构机的控制有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The shield machine has many technology, such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, measurement, control, specially
used for tunnel project equipment. The function is that under the protection of shield, when the cutter head rotated, using thrust
cylinders to push, at the same time it can build the ring, make plete tunnel. On the machine, the cutter head is very important,
paring the cutter head drive methods of shield machine, we get the conclusion that frequency control has a big advantage, so
the thesis introduced the frequency control of cutter head and design parameters, we can learn some shield machine control from the
thesis.
