内容提要
本次设计所研究的课题为水泥生产线中的石料破碎机设计。国内使用的破碎机类型很多,在冶金、矿山、建材、化工、煤炭等行业使用非常广泛。这其中,由于复摆颚式破碎机基结构简单,工作可靠、制造容易、操作简单、维修方便,所以最为常见。为满足水泥生产线的生产需求,选择的基本参数为:进料口尺寸:400×600mm;出料口尺寸:40~100mm;进料块最大尺寸:350mm;产量:16~65t/h。设计首先简单的说明复摆颚式破碎机的基本结构和工作原理,对主要工作参数啮角、动颚水平行程、偏心距、转速等进行选择和计算。分析主要零部件动颚、齿板等零部件结构。根据实际情况,选择合适的结构。然后确定机构的杆长,并对各部件进行受力分析。之后设计传动部件,包括选择合适的电动机,V带传动的设计,偏心轴的设计和校核等。最后,介绍颚式破碎机的使用和保养维护,并用CAD绘制完成装配图和零件图,从而完成本次毕业设计。

The research topic of this design stone crusher design in the cement production line. Many types of crushers are used in our country, which are widely applied to metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemicals, coal and other industries. Among of those crushers, pound pendulum jaw crusher is the mon, since it is simple in structure, reliable, easy to manufacture, simple in operation, easy to maintain. To meet the demand for cement production line, the selected basic parameters are: Feed port size: 400×600mm;The size discharge port block: 40~100mm;The maximum size of the feed block:350mm;production:16~65t/ first, the basic structure and operating principle pound pendulum jaw crusher are simply described in the design and the main operating parameters nip angle, horizontal stroke moving jaw, eccentricity and speed, etc. are selected and calculated. The ponents of the movable jaw, teeth and other parts of the structure of board are analyzed. According to the actual situation, the appropriate structure is chosen. Then the rod length bodies are determined, and stress of ponents is analyzed. After that, what are designed are ponents, including the selection of a suitable motor, V belt drive design, the eccentric shaft design and verification, etc. Finally, the use and maintenance of jaw crusher are introduced, and with pletion of CAD are used plete the drawing of assembly drawings and parts diagram. Thus, the graduation project pleted.
