生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血30例疗效观察
[摘要]目的:探讨国产生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法:65例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例给予国产生长抑素治疗,对照组35例给予垂体后叶素治疗;观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P<),且不良反应少;住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<)。结论:国产生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血效果显著。

[Abstract]Objective: To eva luate the curative effects of domestic somatostatin on the hemorrhage of rupture of the varicoesophagus and funds ventricular varicosity. Methods: Sixty-five patients orrhage of rupture of the varicoesophagus and funds ventricular varicosity ly divided into tent group(30cases) received domestic somatostatin, the control group(35 cases) ent. Results: The domestic somatostatin had mild adverse effects, and ore effective than pituitrin(P<), and the length of hospital stay estic somatostatin has a significant effect on the hemorrhage of the rupture of the varicoesophagus and funds ventricular varicosity.

上消化道出血是临床常见的急症之一,尤其是食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血,来势凶,出血量大,病死率高。近年来随着垂体后叶素、生长抑素等降门脉压药物的不断出现,止血率有较大提高。我院自2005年以来使用国产生长抑素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血取得较好效果,报道如下:
1资料与方法

本组65例为2005年1月~2008年1月我院收治的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者。治疗组30例,其中男18例,女12例;年龄(±)岁,其中肝硬化25例,肝癌5例。对照组35例;其中男20例,女15例;年龄(±)岁,肝硬化28例,肝癌7例。两组在性别、年龄、病情无显著性差异(P>)。

两组患者入院后均采用常规治疗,即:禁食、奥美拉唑抑酸、补液、维持酸碱平衡及纠正水、电解质紊乱,输血(血红蛋白<70 g/L或血压不稳定),护肝及对症治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加生长抑素(深圳翰宇药业有限公司,批号H20045465),3 mg生长抑素溶解于2
