丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛42例临床分析
[摘要] 目的探讨丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法治疗组给予丹红注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL内持续静脉滴注,对照组给予丹参注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL内持续静脉滴注,均1次/d,连用14d。结果丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效(%)优于对照组(%),差异显著(P<);治疗组心电图的改善和总有效率(%)均明显优于对照组(%),差异有显著性(P<)。结论丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效好,且无明显不良反应,值得临床应用和推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
