摘要
在经济全球化的今天,中小企业在国民经济发展中,在解决就业方面和社会协调发展方面所起的作用越发显著。就我国来说,改革开放特别是党的十六大以来,我国的中小企业发展迅速,在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强,中小企业在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。目前,全的中小企业占全部注册企业总数的99%。中小企业工业总产值、销售收入、实现利税分别占总量的60%、57%和40%;流通领域中小企业占全国零售网点的90%以上。中小企业大约提供了75%的城镇就业机会。相对大企业而言,中小企业改革成本低,操作便利、社会震荡小、新机制引入快。因此,在改革的进程中,中小企业往往是试验区,是突破口,是马前卒。中小企业的各项改革成果,为大企业的改革实践提供了有益经验,也为创造多种经济成份共同发展的大好局面作出了贡献。但是,中小企业的经营环境并不理想,尤其是企业的融资问题,已经成为制约广大中小企业生存和发展的主要瓶颈。尽管各级政府加以重视,各方也采取了一些措施,但收效甚微。在这种情况下,分析和研究如何解决中小企业融资难的问题,就有了急迫而现实的意义。

Abstract
Economic globalization today, small and medium enterprises in national economic development, the role in addressing the employment and social development more and more significant. China, the reform and opening up, especially since the Seventeenth Party Congress, China's SME development position in the economic and social development and the growing role of SMEs in the national economy plays a very important position. Of Industry merce registered SMEs account for 99% of the total number of all registered enterprises.
