保胆取石治疗单纯胆囊结石的临床分析
[摘要] 目的:探讨腹腔镜下胆道镜保胆取石治疗胆囊结石的可行性及临床疗效。方法:选取单纯胆囊结石的患者60例,经腹腔镜下切开胆囊底部,经胆道镜取石,评价手术效果。结果:所有手术均获得成功,平均手术时间为(70±20) min,平均术中出血量为(15±5) ml,平均术后排气时间为(±) d,平均术后住院时间为(5±1) d,术中无胆管损伤,术后随访12个月,无严重并发症发生。患者的胆囊收缩功能平均为25%~40%。结论:微创行保胆取石治疗单纯胆囊结石,安全可行、具有较好的临床效果。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and feasibility of cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preservation by laparoscope on simple cholecystolithiasis. Methods: 60 cases of patients with simple cholecystolithiasis were selected and bottom of blastula were cutdown with laparoscope, stone were taken out with choledochoscope, effect of operations were evaluated.
