摘要
本实验的目的是为了研究高纯氧化铝粉体的制备方法,因为随着科学技术的发展,国内外对超细高纯氧化铝粉末的需求量愈来愈大,对高纯氧化铝粉末的颗粒度、纯度及均匀性提出了更高的要求。国内高纯α-Al2O3的应用领域迅速拓宽,引进和消化吸收的氧化铝高技术材料生产线增加,使得高纯α-Al2O3的研究、开发成为一个非常活跃的领域。而生产1t多品种Al2O3可获利润为等量级的冶金级Al2O3的10倍,甚至100倍,可创造相当可观的经济效益。因此,迅速开发一种低成本、具有竞争力的制备高纯α-Al2O3的新方法显得尤为重要。
称取一定量的Al2(SO4)3﹒18H2O溶解于水中,加入配制的H2SO4(1+3),用精密pH试纸测溶液pH,~,搅拌2分钟,用G4漏斗抽滤。将滤液转移到干净烧杯中,加入H2SO4(1+3)~,滴加几滴H2O2,搅拌2分钟,加入一滴氨水,有白色絮状物生成,微热搅拌,有少许白色沉淀时,用G4漏斗抽滤。将滤液倒入烧杯中,加入绿豆粉大小的铝粉,搅拌2分钟,用G4漏斗抽滤。将除杂后的Al2(SO4)3溶液与碳酸氢铵溶液采用并流法反应,以制取氢氧化铝。再抽滤清洗制备的氢氧化铝5遍。在110℃烘干后,分别在600℃和
1200℃下各煅烧1小时,煅烧制备得到高纯氧化铝。
%,属于高纯氧化铝。其中杂质硅的含量为23ppm,铁的含量为17ppm。
所制得的高纯氧化铝可用于制荧光粉用高纯氧化铝。

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to study high purity alumina powder preparation methods, because with the development of science and technology, and purity alumina powder of demand more of high purity alumina powder, granules and purity and uniformity put forward higher request. Domestic high purity of α-Al2O3 applications quickly, and broaden the digestion and absorption of alumina high technical materials, high production increase of α-Al2O3 research and development to e a very active field. 1t varieties and production as well as Al2O3 profit of metallurgical level of 10 times, even more 100 times, can create considerable economic benefit. Therefore, the rapid developing a low cost, petitive α-Al2O3 new method is particularly important.
