【摘要】随着时代的发展,社会经济生活水平不断提升,科学技术不断进步,医患关系和谐程度却呈现越来越差的趋势。本文就医患问题进行讨论,简述医患关系的概念和内容,分析造成医患关系恶化的原因,探讨构建和谐医患关系的重要性,总结构建和谐医患关系的对策。构建和谐医患关系是一个系统工程,需要各方的努力,作为服务提供者的医方更应从自身出发采取措施为构建和谐医患关系做出贡献。

【Abstract】With the development of the times, the level of social and economic life is constantly improving, the science and technology is continuous growing,. However, the degree of harmony relationship between doctors and patients is in a worse trend. This paper contains four part: the discussion of the problem of concept and content of the doctor-patient relationship, the analysis of the cause of the worsening physician-patient relationship, the exploration of the importance of constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, the summary of the countermeasures to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. 【Key Words】doctor-patient relationship reason importance harmony contribution 医患关系(doctor-patient relationships),就是在医学实践活动中产生的人际关系。随着时代的发展,社会经济生活不断提升,科学技术不断进步,我国医患关系却不断地恶化。据对全国270 家各级医院调查统计: 三级甲等医院每年发生医疗纠纷中要求赔偿的有100 例左右,到法院诉讼有20 ~ 30 例左右,在北京一年可能达到40 多例,全国有73. 33%医院出现过病人及其家属用暴力殴打、威胁辱骂医务人员; 有59. 63%的医院发生过因病人对治疗结果不满意,纠集多人在医院内围攻、威胁院长人身安全; 76. 67%的医院发生过患者及其家属在诊疗结束后拒绝出院和不缴纳住院费用; 有61. 48%的医院发生过病人去世后,病人家属在医院内摆设花圈、烧纸、设置灵堂等。如今正是我国建设社会主义和谐社会的重要时期,而医患纠纷不仅仅是一个单纯的医疗问题,已经演变成为一个复杂的社会问题。
1 医患关系简述
医患关系(doctor-patient relationships)的概念
就是在医学实践活动中产生的人际关系。医患关系有狭义和广义之分。狭义的医患关系是指医生与患者之间的关系。广义的医患关系是指医务人员(包括医生、护士、医技人员、医疗行政和后勤人员等)与患者一方(包括患者本人、患者的亲属、监护人、单位组织等)之间的关系。从改善全面医患关系的角度,我们应更重视广义的医患关系。
