[摘要] 喹诺酮类药物是指含喹啉环系的衍生物,本文通过大量文献资料,针对喹诺酮类药物的不良反应与结构式的关系进行分析。认为C3-羧基,C4-酮基氧,C6-氟原子是基本结构基团,也是产生药理和毒理
作用的主要基团;不良反应严重程度则与N1-,C7-,C8-的侧链演变有
关,通过这些分析,提出喹诺酮类药物注意事项以及合理运用,减少不良反应的发生,提高疗效。

The Exploration of Quinolones structure and it's Adverse Reaction
[Abstract]: Quinolones belongs to the department of central paper makes a analysis of Quinolones relationship between adverse reactions and structure through a large amount of think that C3-that Carboxyl, C4-Keto oxygen, C6-Fluorine atoms are not only the basic structural gems of Quinolones,but also the main gems which causing pharmacology and toxicology , especialy the severity of the adverse reactions has something to do with N1-C7-and side-chain-C8 the evolution. Through these analyses, the paper calls for the attention to how to use Quinolones so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the curative effect.
