摘要:今年浙江省《政府工作报告》中提出,要加快规划建设一批特色小镇,在全省建设一批聚焦七大产业、兼顾丝绸黄酒等历史经典产业、有独特文化内涵和旅游功能的特色小镇。特色小镇工作对于嘉兴加快新兴产业发展、优化提升城市功能具有重大意义。加快特色小镇建设,就是充分利用特色小镇的优惠政策,打造若干承载新兴产业发展新载体、新平台,加快新兴产业发展;建设若干环境优美、文化底蕴深厚的特色区块,推动嘉兴生态化和时尚化发展。本文就嘉兴市特色小镇的建设现状以及存在的问题进行分析,并提出了若干培育特色小镇的对策。
Abstract: It is proposed in the Government Work Report to speed up the planning and construction of characteristic towns, aiming to construct a group of characteristic towns focusing on seven industries, considering classic industries like silk and yellow wine with unique cultural connotation and tourism function. Characteristic town work is of great significance for Jiaxing to accelerate the development of emerging industries and optimization of urban function. To speed up characteristic town construction is to make full use of the characteristic town preferential policies to create a number of new carriers bearing emerging industry development
