带血管蒂髂骨膜瓣移位治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

【摘要】目的探讨带血管蒂的髂骨膜瓣移位治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法 1983 年 6 月1997
年 8 月,应用带旋股外血管升支或旋髂深血管蒂的髂骨膜瓣移位治疗股骨头缺血性坏死 106 例,其中Ⅱ期 64 例, Ⅲ
期 39 例, Ⅳ期 3 例。结果 106 例经 2 年 4 个月16 年随访,根据赵德伟制定的成人股骨头缺血性坏死修复与再造
疗效评价方法,优 54 例,良 38 例,可 9 例,差 5 例,优良率为 86 8 %。结论带血管蒂髂骨膜瓣移位治疗股骨头缺
血性坏死具有血管蒂恒定、取材方便、效果可靠等优点。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head
by the transfer of vascular pedicled iliac periosteum. Methods From J une 1983 to August 1997 , 106 cases with ischemic
necrosis of femoral head ( Ⅱstage in 64 cases , Ⅲstage in 39 cases , Ⅳ stage in 3 cases) were treated by the transfer of
vascular pedicled iliac periosteum with ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex vessel or deep circumflex iliac vessel
pedicle. Results Followed up 2 years and 4 months to 16 years , there were excellent in 54 cases , better in 38 cases ,
moderate in 9 cases , poor in 5 cases , and 86. 8 % in excellent rate according to the criterion of the therapeutical effect on
