中文摘要除了高效液相的内容以外,比色法的内容也补上去。
本实验旨在研究马齿苋中黄酮类化合物含量测定的方法,为更好的开发利用马齿苋提供依据。采用美国安捷伦Agilent 1200 Series高效液相色谱仪等度洗脱,EclipseXDB-,5umcolumnP/N993967-902为色谱柱,甲醇-%磷酸为流动相,,测定波长360nm。
—µg/ml(r=)范围内线性关系良好,%,RSD=%(n=6)。—µg/ml(r=)范围内线性关系良好,%,RSD=%(n=6)。该方法准确可靠、重现性好,可用于马齿苋初提液中槲皮素和山奈酚的含量测定。

The Study on the determination of pounds content in purslane in Daqing area
Abstract
The purpose of this experiment is to study method for the determination of flavooids content in purslane, provide the basis for the development and utilization of Portulaca oleracea better. By the United States of America Agilent Agilent 1200 Series high performance liquid chromatography with isocratic elution, EclipseXDB-, 5umcolumnP/N993967-902 column, methanol -% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, flow rate , the detection wavelength of 360nm.
Quercetin sampling concentration from to µ g/ml (r=) the linear range, the average recovery was %, RSD=% (n=6). Kaempferol sampling concentration from to µ g/ml (r=) the linear range, the average recovery was %, RSD=% (n=6). The method is accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used for purslane initial content of quercetin and kaempferol in the determination of liquid.
