本工程为淮阴区徐溜中心卫生院门诊楼设计,采用框架结构,主体为5层,本地区抗震设防烈度为7度,场地类别为II类场地。, kN/M2。楼﹑屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。
本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计包括平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计。结构设计主要包括:结构选型,梁、柱、墙等构件尺寸的确定,重力荷载计算、横向水平作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算、水平地震作用下横向框架内力分析、竖向荷载作用下横向框架的内力分析、内力组合、截面设计、基础设计和电算。通过设计,使得本建筑在满足要求的基础上,更体现出人性化的设计理念。
通过对医院楼层平面图、剖面图的绘制和结构图的设计,熟悉了设计的全过程,掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法,顺利的完成了毕业设计任务。同时,对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解,从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的的能力。

Abstract
This project is the Hospital outpatient of Huaiyin District Xuliu Centre Building design, the frame structure, the main layer 5, the region's seismic intensity of 7 degrees, site classification as a Class II site.
