摘要:本次设计的是一个年产10亿粒谷丙甘氨酸胶囊的车间。设计依据GMP及国家有关土建、防火、环保等有关规定并在老师的指导下完成。本次设计综述了谷丙甘氨酸胶囊的处方,生产工艺,设备选型,物料衡算,以及车间布局,进化系统,车间管理等方面。设计深度为医药工程初步设计。根据《药品生产质量管理规范》和在宜昌人福药业的车间实践,我们小组成功完成了制剂工程设计。经过准确的计算和筛选,我们设计了合理的车间布置、工艺流程和管道分布,这些都严格遵循最新版的GMP。这次设计是专业知识和工程设计实践的完美结合,它培养了我们分析和解决工程问题的综合能力,提高了应用ATOCAD绘制工程图纸的能力和在中英文献中收集有用信息的能力。

The Design of Capsule Workshop

Abstract: This time design of is a year to produce 1,000,000,000 AlTMS to reach the capsule of workshop sets up, The design is according to Good Manufacture Practice and some prescript about building, fireproofing et. The design is finished with the help of the teachers. And it strictly conforms to Specification for Medicine Engineering Design Depth. By way of calculation
and selection, it makes a rational arrangement on capsule workshop, process flow and distribution of pipelines. It also specifies as following: producing administration, treatment of waste, measures of fireproof, health, safety, environmental protection and so on. The design depth is preliminary pharmaceutical engineering design. According to national Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) and our graduate practice in AirBeck pharmaceutical factory, our team essfully finished our pharmaceutical engineering design. By our accurate calculation and selection, we design a reasonable tablet workshop layout, process flow chart and pipeline distribution, which strictly conform to the latest GMP. The design is the bination of our professional knowledge and our internship experience, which can cultivate prehensive abilities in analyzing and resolving practical engineering problem, AutoCAD drawing, searching desirable information in Chinese and English literatures.
