自动弹力线痔疮套扎器联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效分析
[摘要] 目的探讨自动弹力线痔疮套扎器联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年1月―2016年1月该院收治的混合痔患者208例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中102例患者采用外剥内扎术进行治疗,将其设定为对照组,其中106例患者采用自动痔疮套扎术联合外痔切除术进行治疗,将其设定为观察组,比较两组临床治疗总有效率,创面愈合时间以及并发症发生情况。%,%,但差异无统计学意义(P>);观察组创面愈合时间为(±)d,短于对照组的(±)d,差异有统计学意义(P<);且观察组的术后肛门疼痛(% vs %),切缘水肿(% vs %),以及便血发生率(% vs %)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论自动弹力线痔疮套扎器联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of automatic ligation and external hemorrhoid resection in treatment of mixed hemorrhoid.
