WARMING UP
If you sell something to the customer in another city, for example, Shenzhen, there is a long distance, will you go to Shenzhen and give the goods to him/her?

导读案例
我某公司与南美商人按CIF术语达成一笔花生酥糖交易,我方在规定时间内将货物装上前往目的港的班轮,由于货轮陈旧,船速太慢且沿途到处揽活,结果航行4个月才到达目的港。花生酥糖因受热时间过长,全部软化,难以销售。外商就此向我方提出索赔。

2. Ways of operation经营方式:
⑴ Liner Transport
班轮又称期船。
特点
①船期、航线、港口和运费率固定;
②船方负责配载装卸,装卸费包括在运费中;
③船货双方的权利、义务以船方签发的提单为准;
④承运货物的品种、数量比较灵活,货运质量比较有保障。
