Pathology(病理)
Pathological morphology varies depending on the condition, location, large changes.

Vascular lesions form of necrotizing vasculitis of small vessels, including small arteries or arterioles.
Patients with kidney disease will also have diaease of the renal glomerulus and renal tubules and interstitial and blood vessels.
Cardiac abnormalities including pericarditis, myocarditis, heart valves and endocardial disease.
Pathological changes of skin including epidermal(表皮的) atrophy(萎缩), necrosis(坏死) of the skin ulcers(溃疡) and edema(水肿).
Diffuse lesions(弥漫性病变) of the nervous system consist of fewer nerve cells, small vessel vasculitis, small infarction(梗塞), necrosis and hemorrhage(出血).
