何悦硕 1 梁维超 2 (,广东 528329;; ) 摘要: 目的: 观察麦粒灸法治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法: 选择符合诊断标准的类风湿性关节炎患者 60 例,以麦粒灸疗法治疗,结果:临床治愈 11 例,显效 40 例,有效 7 例,无效 2 例,总有效率为 %。治疗前后症状改善情况、晨僵时间、关节肿胀数目、双手握力比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(均 p<) ,关节疼痛数目有显著性意义(p<) 。结论: 麦粒灸有祛风除湿、活血通络、消肿止痛之功,用于治疗类风湿关节炎疗效肯定,值得进一步深入研究。关键词: 关节炎,类风湿; 麦粒灸
