摘要
本设计说明书主要是针对4135柴油机气缸体零件设计钻定位孔专用机床,其中主要包括根据零件图及生产纲领拟定柴油机气缸体加工工艺规程;专用机床各部件的设计,关键是主轴箱的设计以及专用机床专用夹具的设计,该说明书对这些内容作了详细具体的计算和说明。同时在设计计算的基础上阐述了如何绘制气缸体定位孔工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸图、主轴箱展开图、专用夹具图以及在绘制中应注意的问题。目前,专用机床行业产销呈上升趋势,专用机床的质量,技术含量也渐渐跟上世界其它制造业强。我国的现今是一个制造业大国,还不能称之为制造业强国。要使我国真正由制造业大国变成制造业强国,机械行业的责任重大。当然作为机械行业的专用机床行业也不例外。专用机床行业一要展开科技攻关,攻克当前行业企业技术发展上的难题;二要加强与国外的合资合作,利用和学和技术水平;三要通过对引进技术的消化吸收进行再创新,发展自己的产品。但在吸取别人经验以及自身努力提高的基础上,发展专用机床行业也有一定的难处:由于它是集加工工艺、机床夹具、辅具、刀具、检验测量、物流等于一体,实现交钥匙工程,从而涉及技术领域宽且复杂,又是一次性制造,要保证一次成功,所以技术难度大等。

Abstract
This design instruction booklet mainly aims at ponents of 4135 diesel engine cylinder block to design special purpose machine of drilling the index hole. In which mainly in dudes that the processing technological process which designed according to the detail drawing and the production guiding principle; various parts’ designing of special purpose machine, the key is the headstock’s designing as well as the unit damp’s designing, this instruction booklet has made the putation and the explanation to these contents. Meanwhile, elaborated how to draw up the working procedure chart of drilling the index hole on air went cylinder body, processing schematic drawing, the relational dimensional drawing of the special purpose machine of drilling the index hole, headstock developed view, the unit clamp chart in the foundation of designing and calculation, as well as the question which should be pay attention in the cartography. At present, Special machine tool industry production and marketing, are on the rise, Special machine quality, technical content also gradually with the level of world other manufacturing power. China's current is a manufacturing power, still cannot call manufacturing power. To make our country by actual manufacturing power into manufacturing power, machinery industry responsibility is signif
