红色旅游开发具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。一是有利于加强和改进新时期爱国主义教育。二是有利于保护和利用革命历史文化遗产。三是有利于带动革命老区经济社会协调发展。四是有利于培育发展旅游业新的增长点。红色旅游作为旅游业的重要组成部分,对于满足旅游需求,带动当地经济快速发展具有积极作用。
本文以如何开发红色旅游产业,促进当地经济发展为研究对象,分析了柯村乡开发红色旅游的意义、在此基础上对柯村乡开发红色旅游的环境、红色旅游资源、红色旅游发展现状及存在的问题进行了系统阐述,然后从多渠道加快基础设施建设、注重旅游产品组合、加强旅游目的地营销、重视旅游发展的全民参与、加强旅游管理人员和从业人员的培训、合理,有序的开发红色资源等七个方面提出了柯村乡开发红色旅游,促进经济发展的措施。
