复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床分析
[摘要] 目的分析复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病临床疗效。方法整群选取2015年5月―2016年5月该院住院冠心病患者共计83例作研究对象,按患者住院日期的单号与双号差异分组。单号入院有39例,进入对照组,双号入院有44例,进入研究组。两组患者在常规治疗的基础上,分别应用硝苯地平和复方丹参滴丸,出院后继续治疗并跟踪随访至3个月。治疗后对比两组效果。结果研究组用药后心绞痛每周发作次数明显减少[(±)次];ST段下移持续时间缩短[(±)min];ST段下移值降低[(±)mm];心绞痛总有效率及心电图总改善率较高,%、%;不良反应率低(%),差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论冠心病采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,效果可靠,临床可推广使用。
