本设计的课题一种下传动式单冲压片机,在原有传动方案的基础上加以改进,就传统传动式压片机在工作中易污染片剂、振动较大、噪声较大能量消耗大、、齿轮、偏心轮、连杆、凸轮、、下冲杆和加料器,完成加料、压片和出片等动作,并且可以手动操作.
本机应用“下传动式单冲压片机”专利技术,具有压力大,成型性好,运转平稳,不需要地基,节能省电,.
本机可将粉粒状原料压制成圆形、异形或环形片剂,适用于农药、化工、冶金、食品等行业压制大规格片剂和难成形的片剂.
