摘要
从改革开放以来,我们国家同世界其他国家在多领域都有了更为密切的合作和交流,在这种大环境下也促进了国内物流产业的繁荣,于是各大小物流园区在全国各地相继出现并不断壮大。这篇文章主要分析的就是物流园区在我国的发展状况和存在的问题,通过对物流园区相关知识的介绍和其他内容的分析,本文以东莞市物流园区的发展状况为研究对象,将其作为普遍代表性的阐述我国物流园区发展面临的问题,并根据这些问题来分析如何推动我国物流园区健康快速发展,在文章末尾提出了相应的对策和建议。物流园区的出现和繁荣见证了人类社会经济是发展的新篇章,正成为衡量一个的重要指标。但是,因我国对外贸易发展时间较晚,物流园区的建设在我国还处在发展阶段,各种管理问题突出、条件限制较多、技术经验落后,虽然各级政府和企业已经认识到物流园区发展中的问题,但在具体的处理上还存在很多不足,有许多问题需要进一步分析和解决。
此文的分析综合了物流管理众多的理论和依据,选取东莞市物流园区作为研究代表,采用多种方法对其发展现状和存在的问题进行了深入分析,然后在专业理论和笔者个人见解的指导下对我国物流园区未来发展提出了一些建设性意见。

Abstract
Along with our country economic and trade with the accelerating trend of globalization, the rapid development of the logistics industry, and led to some of the logistics park construction all over the country, the number of logistics park in unceasing increase, to speed up the construction steps are also gradually. Starting from the basic characteristics of the logistics park, on the analysis of present situation and existing problems of logistics park development, on the basis of elaborated the basic condition of the development of modern logistics industry, points out the problems and challenges facing modern logistics industry development, put forward to logistics park as the carrier, to promote the development of modern logistics industry beneficial strategy. Logistics park is the product of modern logistics industry development to a certain historical stage, is also a national and regional logistics development level of important symbol of maturity. Due to the construction of logistics park is still one of the emerging industry in our country, considering the related enterprise operation standard, development of technology, market, etc, also is not very mature, although for the construction of logistics park has attracted the attention of a great height, but the construction of logistics park there are many problems to solve
