Treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis
[摘要]目的:观察并分析临床中运用炎琥宁在治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果。方法:本院近年来共收治急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿140例,并以此作为临床资料,将患儿分为治疗组以及对照组两类,对这两组都进行超声雾化吸入、降温和青霉素钠共同组成的常规治疗,其中对治疗组患儿加用炎琥宁8-10mg/( kg·d)静脉滴注,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗组和对照组退热天数、治愈率等指标之间有显著性差异(P<)。结论:临床中运用炎琥宁对出现急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿进行治疗,其治疗效果较为显著,治疗过程安全性能较高。
[Abstract] Objective: observation and analysis of the clinical use of inate in the treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis effect. Methods: our hospital in recent years treated 140 cases of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis, and as a clinical data, patients were divided into treatment group and control group , both of two groups accepted the treatment of ultrasonic atomizer inhaled,cooling and penicillin sodium ,the treatment group with 8-10mg/( kg·d) Yanhuning intravenous drip , compared two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results: after the treatment of children with Yanhuning treatment group, the symptoms time was significantly less than the observation group. Conclusion: the clinical application of treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis Yanhuning, its therapeutic effect is obvious, and higher safety performance treatment process.
