关于左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统配合中药固冲汤治疗围绝经期功血的临床观察 湖南省娄底市中医医院 417000 摘要:目的:探讨分析左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统配合中药固冲汤治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年5月至2014年9月间我院接治的68例围绝经期功血患者的临床记录资料,将其随机分为两组:治疗组34例,应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统配合中药固冲汤治疗;对照组34例,仅应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗。治疗后,比较两组疗效。结果:%,%,差异具统计学意义(P<)。治疗后治疗组的子宫内膜厚度、月经量明显小于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<)。结论:左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统配合中药固冲汤治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 关键词:左炔诺孕酮;固冲汤;围绝经期功血 [Abstract] Objective:to analysis of estrel releasing intrauterine bined with traditional Chinese medicine Guchong soup in the treatment of peri menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical :a retrospective analysis of May 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital after treatment of 68 cases of peri menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with clinical data,divided for two groups:treatment group(34 cases),application of estrel releasing intrauterine bined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of Solid Ramjet;34 cases in the control group only with estrel releasing intrauterine system in pare the efficacy of the two :the total effective rate of the treatment group was %,which was higher than that of the control group().The difference was statistically significant(P<).The endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control gr
