心肌炎心律失常应用心律平治疗的效果研究

【摘要】目的:探讨心肌炎心律失常应用心律平治疗的效果。方法:分析我院2014年1月至2015年12月84例心肌炎心律失常患者患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例,对照组患者实施胺碘酮治疗,观察组患者实施心律平治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和转复时间差异性。结果:两组患者治疗有效率比较,观察组显效30例,%,有效10例,%,无效2例,%,总有效率为40例,%;对照组显效28例,%,有效7例,%,无效7例,%,总有效率为35例,%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<);两组患者的转复时间比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:应用心律平治疗心肌炎心律失常患者,能够取得良好的临床疗效,有利于改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广和应用。
