探讨小儿发烧的护理措施

摘要:目的:研究分析小儿发烧的临床护理措施。方法:此次研究的对象是选择2012年3月-2013年4月期间收治的60例发烧患儿。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机将其分为对照和观察两个小组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组在常规护理的基础上,再给予人性化护理措施,对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:经过一段时间的临床护理,观察组20例显效,10例有效,治疗总有效率为100%,而对照组10例显效,18例有效,2例无效,%,并且相比较对照组而言,观察组患儿退烧快、住院时间短,两组临床治疗效果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:临床上在对小儿发烧患儿进行治疗时,给予人性化护理措施,不仅可以降低不良反应的出现几率、缩短治疗时间,在一定程度上还能有效提高治疗效果,改善患儿预后生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective:To study the clinical nursing measures for children with fever. Methods:the object of this study was to choose 60 children with fever,who were admitted to our hospital during March 2012 -2013,April.
