氟化泡沫在正畸治疗中防龋效果的临床观察

【摘要】【目的】通过一年的临床观察,研究氟化泡沫在正畸固定治疗过程中的防龋作用;【方法】选取开始接受固定正畸患者85人,年龄范围12~20岁随机分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组每3个月涂氟化泡沫一次,对照组采用不干预的方法,患者接受正畸一年后各组新增龋补牙数进行统计学比较。【结果】正畸治疗1年后,两组龋补牙数统计学显示:与空白对照组相比,实验组防龋效果明显(p<).【结论】在固定正畸治疗过程中,每3个月进行一次氟化泡沫的干预能有效降低患龋率,可以起到防龋的作用。

Abstract:[Objective]The purpose of the clinical experiment is to observe the effect of fluoride foam in preventing caries during one-year orthodontic treatment;
[Methods]85 orthodontic subjects aged 12-20 year-old were assigned into 2 groups,experimental group received fluoride foam application every 3 months and control group was not given any increased mean DFT of every group pared one year latter.
[Results]There were significant differences in the increased mean DFT of between the control group and application of fluoride foam of every 3 months.
[Conclusion]Application of fluoride foam of every 3 months can prevent the forming of carries lesion in Orthodontic treatment.
