诊断性刮宫术后应用炔诺酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的:观察诊断性刮宫术后联合应用炔诺酮治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效和安全性。方法:2011年11月—2015年10月,选取我院更年期功能性失调性子宫出血患者共126例,随机分为两组,对照组60例,使用米非司酮内科保守治疗;观察组66例,使用诊刮术加药物炔诺酮治疗。观察用药期间阴道流血情况及子宫内膜厚度变化。结果:%,%,总治愈率两组间比较差异具有显著性(P<);两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度均变薄,治疗后观察组较对照组的子宫内膜薄,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:诊刮术联合炔诺酮治疗更年期功血患者,疗效确切,子宫恢复情况好,不失为治疗更年期功血的一种有效方法。
